Was too tired to check mine when i got in especially as i was up at 5 to ride my bike into work ha ha.

Beemer did well there and back and didn't break, apart froma wheel bearing sounding like its on its last legs.

Reckon it did the journey there and back on a touch over £20.

Did have a good play with an impreza on the way back with andy pandy in the passenger cockpit.

Was teasing him all down the A127 till he bite the bait and went up to camp bling road, then throught the rounabout its fair to say I got away from him, then I let him get infront and we went through the ASDA rounabout, beemer was doing quite well but I thought there was water on the outside lane so slowed up a bit, but was just darker concrete from the road works, so at the McDonalds roundabout we pretty much Lined up and I got the jump on him in first and seconds and pulled a nice little gap then in 3rd he started reeling me in abit, then I broke for the corner incase I tanked slapped him and gave him space to come back round, was pretty chuffed so gave him a nod and carried on my way, was a newish one in baby blue, and it was and STi so belive there around 280bhp standard so not to diappointed that he started clawing back in my new tall gearing lol in 3rd.

But was all good in the hood.

i didnt get to play with much yesterday, apart from maybe the psycho in the laguna

my mpg is definately down. used about half a tank, so round figures 20 litres. the car is going well though so im not too bothered, but hence i wanna play with gtech to see how its delivering its goods

WE also played with a fiat coupe turbo thing with massive front brakes apparently, he was playing gay tho, and kept putting his toe down at funny times, and catching me off the mark, although I was 4 up anyway so couldn't expect to much in the way of performance lol, as thats the beemers only strong spot as essentially its a standard engine in a light car lol.

yea ill do ur cambelt with ur, i done loadsa vw cambelts now!!! i think my noise like that has quietened down since i changed hte tensioner again but thihnk its still kinda there, ill have to listen to it later. its strange. specially as we both had the same noise. my tensioner i got from vw the first time was gay went mental grindin after like 6 months. the new one seems to be ok so far i think.

lol but replace the tensioner weekly!!! ull probably have to do that anyway. i didnt even overtighten my one it was correct tension and the bearings still fell apart! ok let me know wen u got the bits and well sort it. wont take long *touch wood[LOL] * the only hard bit is gettin the crank pully centre bolt off,or getting the four surrounding bolts off without rounding them!! theres always ways round STOP................. hammer time!!!

i normaly bang a 12 sided socket over the top cos their round on the outside for the win. always works for me on those bolts and the rear calliper carrier bolts! i have a few spare 12 sided sockets just in case u see!!! matt get new bolts for those cos u wont wanna use them again.
