Good Mk1 golf chassis?

I may have to re-shell in the future & was told to look for the Mk1 "ugly blue ones?" that came from Spain/Italy? in 1.0L form as these were made of better materials & lasted aging better, anyone got more info on this?


Edit: Heard one or two of the tuning company's here used them for project cars.

just look for a sorted mk1 clart, otherwise u may end up looking 4 ages!!! [:s]

Nah im gonna wait andget a goodshell next year IF i have any trouble with mine, i thinkthat one i mentionedwas from spain & came in pastal blue.......otherwise there's always the citi golf [LOL]
