MANY MANY thanks go to FORGE MOTORSPORT for their great assistance & continued 2007 support and in facilitating the installation of my new 007 intake manifold, which features R32 throttle body (75mm vs 59mm of std)

New larger regulation size oil catch tank (with drain), new SILICON HOSE supplied hoses

Nice one Bill, can't wait to see it in action in 2007.

EDIT: Is it OK to have the battery & tank next to each other? or is it designed safety wise in a rear end shunt?

tank is for water, battery is sealed, so I cant see that there would be an issue.

water for washers & water injection.
black thing with what looks like hoover pipe is a fan unit which blows onto the turbo area to help keep things cool and circulated.

only collected it yesterday so not mapped, but its not noticable in driving terms its got a massive throttle body at all. throttle progression, idle etc all seems like before.

going to keep an eye on afr when I'm on the gas and EGT's when I replace my broken off thermocouple (bent it during assembly and it kinked-woops)

cant tell what its done for power, as all gears spin up in the cold damp weather currently.

No idea on power, but it was 485bhp before this and in the US people running 75mm throttles on 350whp motors claim between 18bhp & 37bhp gain. Who knows.. but I might break into 500bhp possibly..
Cams to go in next so 500bhp should be possible

Did you have to reinforce the downpipe, that gusset looks new.
precaution or did we miss something nasty?

    nearly gary..
once me cams are in then I will be stopping.
then turning the boost down to traction achieving level which was ~480bhp level max from last year. (hopefully give the turbo an easier life if I dont run it flat out, backing off to 1.8bar from 2.2max currently)

5th spins up today and 6th pulls like a mofo.. forget all the other gears in these salt covered frosty roads.
