    This pic was taken at Ragley Hall in '04 (I think) - car was a lot cleaner then.

    Had this mk2 for nearly 7 years, was a 16v had a few engines over the years, changed plans completely and with the kind help of the collective we will name *Dirty rascal racing* fitted a VR6 in '06

    OBD2 2.8 VR6
    Dougherty racing 268 camshafts
    C2 motorsports UK '268' chip
    Carbonio cold air intake
    De-catted
    Unorthodox racing alloy flywheel
    02J shifter mech and shift tower.
    Raceland stainless tubular manifold 'header'
    02A cable change box
    3.68FD
    Peloquin ATB diff.
    mk IV R32 shift lever and cable mech

    They're just a ratty old set of TeamDynamics DTM 7"X15" I paid 50 for and had them painted body colour (Brilliant Schwarz) :)

    Looks well tough Gary, great pic too! Love the website mate, the stuff of you Paul,Barny and Chris is mental.

    Wheels cost me whatever a litre of basecoat costs trade to get painted..

    Work in a garage so swap favours with the lads in the bodyshop - service their cars while they do paintwork for me.

    Six Appeal, I've only got 50mb so running out of space, thanks for the offer though! [:D]

    Get them powder coated, the paints coming off mine [:v:]

    It gets ragged around tracks and driven all weathers but it's quite tidy for a 145k mile mk2 well, apart from a couple of car park dings on the near side and a stonechipped bonnet from airfield trackdays :p
