megasquirt and rev counter

    i have finally got my car running on megasquirt, didnt notice the rev counter isnt working.
    im using direct coil control and the rev counter is currently connected to the coil - . is this right?

    if you're using the old MK2 coil then it should just work, the red/black wire is the rev counter feed, it should be plugged into pin 1 of the coil.

    Maybe the dash has thrown a wobbly after loosing power, pull the fuse for 30 seconds :)

    edit: oh its a corrado, I think their rev counter feed comes from the ecu? what engine has it got

    sorted! it was the red/black wire! i had the green one connected - its a 16 valver (now turbo'd :thumbup: )
