Hi all, Thanks for the great advice in my other threads, it question time again,

I'm building a 2.0Ltr 16v engine, I have a 1.8 KR ported head and a complete standard 2.0 ABF, what are your thoughts on me fitting the KR Head to the ABF bottom end?? If its a go-er whats needed..... 2.0ltr Head gasket?, which are the best cams KR or ABF? I'll be running twin 45 Dellorto carbs and an ashley 4 Branch header.

    Thanks for your help guys.
    Philip.

I've been running ABF c/w KR Head for 10 years with KR Cams but i think the ABF Cams are better if you can get hold of some.

GSF No. 048-103-383D Steel head gasket 28.00

    Thanks Brookster, nice one.

ABF cams fit straight in then? I have a pair but they've done 160k miles so I might just bite the bullit and go for new ones.
