Ok Guys need some help. I have just fitted a 2l16v on twin carbs into the mk1. I have also fitted a new standard fuel tank and it has 2 pipe outlets on the lower drivers side of the tank. I am running twin 45 dells with a filter king and redtop facet fuel pump. My question is how to fit the braided fuel line to the tank as the pipe outlets are larger than the pipe needed. im using 8mm ID HOSE. Hope some one who has done this conversion can help. thanks
