Hi, I'm thinking about some kind of cold air feed with plenum chamber for my 16v carb setup, and was wondering if taking air feed through the hole in the grille for one of the inner headlights is a good idea.
Seems like it would solve the cold air issue as well as possible, but I'm concerned about the added pressure from oncoming air when driving messing with the carburation, I don't want to end up leaning off the mixture at higher speeds.
Obviously there would be some kind of air filter in this setup, most likely a cone filter in the pipework from the grille to the plenum for the carbs.

    Is this a reasonable solution?

    Cheers!
