I'm doing a bike carb conversion on my 16v KR engine which is to be used in a mk1 golf bay.

I have been told about problems fitting the original alternator and have been recommended to use a mk3 alternator and bracket. Which MK3 alternator and parts do i need?

Also Which pulley do i use as currently I have the original mk1 pulleys and have noticed the ABF to be much wider.

    Thanks.

    Rich.
