KR vs ABF cam lifts, by degree

    Bit more on the KRs:

    Cam lift specs from FISA homologation papers for the Group N Mk2 Golf 16V. Group N, so therefore assume standard. Homologated by VW to German/European spec, 1 May 1986, so assume *early* KR/PL.

    I've moved the above post out of this thread as it was lost in there.

    Reason being here are the ABF numbers:

    They're technically from a Seat Ibiza, but I am assuming they are identical to a Mk3 Golf ABF.

    If there is another thread this info should be merged in with (one of Toyotec's?) let me know.

    I've been given a strong indication that the KR and PL (Euro + US CIS-E catalyst) cams are different.

    Does anyone know anything more about this?

    does it not use the 9a inlet cam? its defo different - fella from autotech told me lol

    i have a graph somewhere from autotech where they compared their paired Autotech cams, against std US 16v cams and then with US exhaust & KR inlet
