for anyone that cares or simply wants any syncro parts theres a 1.8 syncro in my local scrappies,
    address is
    Harry Bucklands
    Cotswold View
Gloucester Rd, Staverton, Cheltenham GL51 0SS
    01452 713 259

its a 5door and is stratos blue (i think), it looks like it is only there due to a small knock on the ofside rear corner simply just folding the rear valence in, other than that LOOKS pretty good condition!

if i had the space for another project or even the spare cash atm id be choppping the floor pan out of it and taking the running gear!

hate to seen any mk2 in the scrappies nowadays yet alone a syncro so hopefully someone can salvage its good parts before they get lost to the crusher! [:^(]

Good base for a project for someone, or even to help keep a few other syncros on the road.

Does the scrapyard man strip and ship parts?

had another quick pop in today on my way home from work,

unfortunately its only a scrapyard where you go in and remove parts yourself etc, its not a dismantlers so scrapyard man does not do it himself unfortunately.

he wants 80 quid for the complete rear axle assembly: so all trailing arms, struts, diff, axles, hubs etc.
plus you would need tank, prop, gearbox, transfer box and front axles,

he was also a bit funny about me mentioning chopping out the floor pan aswell but im sure you could as ive seen people chopping out inner wings and rear quarters etc up there before!

Rear axle mounts alone fetch silly money in the states from what I gather.
