Wondering which to get for my car. Standardish 16v with a little head work. Just got it back after blowing the headgasket the other months so looking to not have that happen again. Ordered a lower temp theremostat and fan switch of awesome gti today. Quite like the sounds of this oil cooler. Just wondering if anyone on here had one, how much they paid and from where.

Out of interest what temp do the lower temp fan switch and thermostat operate at and how much were they? As for oil coolers, everyone seems to rate the Mocal ones - there is a guide to what size you need dependant on engine output on the rallydesign site as I recall. I had a thead on oil coolers a while back with some good replies on, will see if I can find it and post a link.
Ordered the mocal kit from Demon Tweeks, stainless hoses, Thermostat for the oil temp was extra. 13 row by 236 cooler. I'll let you all know how I get on. Cheers Gav
