kr cams in 9a

    hi, Im going to put some kr cams ive got into my 9a and was wondering
    if anyone knows where the timing marks are and what they line up
    against as i havent got a haynes manual or anything to look at,cheers

    im doing mine this week too! but the mechanic is doing it! far too advanced for me!

    yeah the cam wheels,as far as i can see there is 2 dots on the wheels am i right?

    aye,the 2 dots want to point directly at each other.

    theres just the one dot on each cam wheel as far as i know.

    Dots should be level or slightly below the cam cover gasket face pointing towards each other. :)

    my KR cams had a round dot on the exhaust and a funny line punched into the intake cam gear. like GVK said, just make sure they both line up with the top of the head. took me a couple of goes to get them set right, as they move about a bit when putting the caps back on.
