    [:s] [:s]

I guess it all comes down to different dynos. 49BHP more than B6's figs from Mr Greenald though [8(]

Id personally be a wee bit sceptical. Its still "only" on 45mm Jenveys. Solid lifters & hotter cams allowing 1K more revs doesnt equal nearly 50BHP IMO :)

    Hence the :p

Fair do's tho Field motorsport where it was dyno'ed/mapped are no mugs, Tommy Field used to work for Ford motorsport/ Mountune and builds lots of formula ford engines.

My point really was the way that the Vortex always go on about the way the UK measure bhp tbh. ;)

It would go much better if it wasn't in a lardy Corrado shell anyway.

What does a GMS engine look like?

If you read the thread on the Corrado forum you'll see it says 'Derek from DS motorsport' who I'm guessing is the old guy in his pics. :)

    It's blue.

Im very sceptical. Using a G60 crank means he only has a 1900cc. It just doesn't add up.
Good power though if it turns out to be a 2 litre. The headwork looks a work of art!

I do so love those americans [:$]

Hey Chad which do you reckon is better then, a repeatable if slightly innacurate method of actually measuring loss, or a wild guess?
Hell Chuck, guessing's where its at mofo. 15% is the number I trust, because I read it here [IMG] Let's go race, but no corners dude, they suck ass. Then maybe we can bomb I-ran [IMG]

agreed - would be more likely if a 2L especially with the power and
    torque at those revs.

    sounds perfectly reasonable to me
