lowering and raising a r32 on standard suspension or raise any mk3/4

i just spotted that the r32 is fitted with a spacer that not all mk4's are fitted with
this spacer is fitted it's to raise the height of mk4's fitted with the vw Sport Suspension kit you could get for the mk4 after 2001
by removing the spacer you can lower the front by 10mm you can also raise at by 10mm by fitting a 20mm spacer

you make a bigger spacer or more than one for that 4x4 look

the above spacers can be used on any mk4
and would think could on a mk3 as well
