    A few more pics:thumbup:

Been cutting arches as 205s where rubbing at oulton park on the hairpin when two up going fastishlol

Cut both sides and welded all the way round , not the prettiest but going to be covered by arches any way and it's a track car not concourse lol
Welding it up shots from both sides I think:)

Think the other side looks a bit better as had practiced on this sidelol

    Exhaust manifolds now.

To go on  I know it's abit of a cheepy Chinese one but might be better than the one on? Worth heat wrapping?

So on Friday might pull of sump and fit new manifold. That's a big might but we can all hope that life goes the way you want.;)

    looking good dude :)

Do you not worry about damaging fuel / brake lines picking it up and moving it around on the forks like that?

Yes but that's rough cut and seem welded of thin and rusty material you need real skill to pull of work like this lol
Also it's covered by arch trims so integrity is better than aesthetics lol
You should have seen it before I went at it with a grinder[:s]

Not too sure about profile mate. I did buy an aftermarket metal one, but the bolt holes didnt line up properly [:s]
gearbox wise, I might just have it reconditioned with diff bolts in. I dont mind a bit of wheelspin. makes me giggle lol
