I would say no as Anyone can join this forum and become a paid member Better still I would go as far to say no matter where you are you could set up your own club region to bring other like minded people together. Its all about the interest and supporting each other
The reason why i asked is coz ppl were saying basically they cant read my posts to which made think they may be foreigners & didnt understand my lingo!? Hahaa
I think what they mean is terms like "coz ppl" are hard to read so it's better to use proper english if you want an good answer. We do have members all over the world but majority is UK
Most english ppl say coz when they talk to others in person in general tho ,so it seems natural to to me to abbreviate words in txt really +theres the txt language which is recognized around most ov the civilized world. Txt language come about when texting took off in a big way & ppl wanted to say more but in a quicker way & in a cheaper way as to save data & credit costs .
This isn't texting. Just because you speak with an accent, it doesn't mean you write English in that accent.
Not good you don't want to start us Paddys writing with an accent .....worse still replying in that accent with the drink in us

Text speak has no place on a forum. The Club prides itself on helping people - so put somthing coherent together and you'll get an answer.
We are a club of VAG drivers therefore teenage text speak is not understood by the vast majority of forum users lol
Just write in full mate, not like texting. You'll find that when you want to describe something, or ask a specific technical question, the text shorthand isn't up to it and people won't understand
