    yo

i have fk konigsports on the car, and for the rear suspension i'm needing new (don't ask why) dished washers for under the rubber mount, and washers that go on top of the rubber mounts, and new nuts...

i tried VW ones but they don't fit over thread of FK - i could try drilling the washers wider but don't have access to a vice...

any idea where i could get these parts?

    cheers,
    d

EDIT: gonna email gwent, as i got them from there... hope they sell em

How did you mangle them, they are far from flimsy wee things? You must have really gone over the top when fitting them! [:s]

i dunno andy,i nipped the 17mm nuts at the top of the sleeve, put the rubber bush on,and tightened the next 17mm until it went tight.

there was a banging/clonking on the rear which seems to have gone now? [:s]

    neil.

I had a word with GwentVW @ Inters, they can supply replacement inserts for Konigsport FK's [8D]

Need to phone them in the shop to get a price though.

They did tell me that they had to get some for a muppet who was fitting FK's to his Corrado and had used the damping adjuster to stop the piston turning whilst tightening the top mount....... [:^(]
