    Some top tunage above!

This week, given the weather, the sub has been taking some abuse with classic Cypress Hill.

Reminds of the summer daze (sic) of my youth when we all dreamed of impressing girls with our subs...

Three essential summer tracks for cruising around low and slow ;)

used to like old skool, but I just find the quality/production crap by todays standards... everyone goes on about how house/trance was better back in the day - its borrox, its just the drugs were

not sure about that, its was certainly piorneering and the start of it all.

I find a lot of house music now just noise.[xx(][:s][8(]

I know what you mean JonP. That tune is knocking on for 20 years old and it was all underground and no huge record companies back then. They did not have half the budget or technology available now to produce music. It did the job though.
It was an amazing time when house music first came out in the late eighties, and it will have played a huge part in many peoples lives.
There were good and bad tunes back then though, as there are now.
Everyone knows modern stuff is pish. I'd rather be in a mk1 than an mk whatever they have got to now.
Even the Vicks is rotten these days;)

yeah I can see the whole nostalgia thing, and I also love all of the old epic trance.... Its just I listen to all genre's of dance music now, and the production is such a high standard when you listen to old stuff it all sounds so flat... the amount of sounds on offer was limited or not as easily accesable as it is now.

A lot of what I listen to at home, I dont really enjoy in a club as you lose the quality and it all just sounds like a big drum banging away... tech house particularly

funny how things like the age of love are still being remixed even today though. Some vocals/melodies will go on forever like that.

Your statement is cruel, but, prossibly true. At least he is still a good socialist! Which is more than can be said for the Labour Party.
