Just for interest.. and showing what we can do.. when asked to:

R32 engined mk2, going to race in vag trophy.
16" wheels, wante dbiggest brakes possible

We have managed to engineer one off setup which squeazes in 330x28 rotors inside the customers 16" wheel on VR6 front hubs

    mighty tight to achieve this.

    POA

Should be an interesting build up! Looking forward to seeing it performing.

What are you thinking about water cooling (which radiator?) Bill?

How many Combe laps will the Mk2 be able to perform on a certain oil/water cooling set-up without having high temps on GT30 setup?

Looking forward for your interesting answer as i can only manage 5 laps in a Combe-like length track here in Greece before water temp start climbing to 94+C (i'm on 83 C thermostat). Set-up is only K04-023 and VR6 rad. Can't imagine what number water temp will reach after 8-10 laps on GT30 setup!!!

What's your solution on Ibiza as you race more than 5 laps at Combe on GT35 set-up:thumbup:!? What thermostat are you on?

ibiza radiator works fine for 90'c coolant temps
13 row mocal oil cooler also

golf already has oil cooler on it. and aluminium radiator. we will have to see how temps fare when its running

My jetta ran a diesel radiator which was huge, i think it was for a spec diesel with a/c option one.. massive. ibiza one is similar size as std

We've used mk2 TDI rad on track car mk2s, they're 40 quid from ECP!

    Bill

Will this setup work under a 7x15 with the brembo setup you sell but changing the disks and caliper brackets

i have a set of midilites im running on 4 stud 280s at the moment. wheels are either compo mo's or ats dtc's, could you manufacture a 2 peice disc/caliper mounts to up the brake size to 300mm or as big as possible.
