The fuel lines/pipes on my 16V are dirty/rusty. Can I clean these up and Paint with Por15 or Hammerite? I'm talking about the lines under the bonnet between injectors and metering head.
When I done mine I blanked the ends with old injectors and gave them a rub with sand paper wiped down with thinners then a few layers of primer and then satin black, Came up ok for what they are. Worth a shot if you don't want to go for the HEL kit.
