Help! Returnee looking for an old thread.

Hi Mods & hardcore members. I've not been on the forums for a few years but I'm so glad to see it all still here now I've started another MK2 build (race car re-shell) & the info in these pages is invaluable.
I seem to remember a build thread where a guy who was off work with an illness occupied himself by fabricating all the VWMS mods on a Mk2. I think he called it "vwmsification"
I've tried the search function but no joy.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Wow , I thought it’d be Daves threadand it is
I bought a few of his bits when he decided it was to much for him to continue

 

Yes that's right, I won the 8v class of the Gti Championship in 2012.
