Look closely at this oil filter head. Does anyone recognise it? Maybe a F3 item? I know VW engines were used in some of those open wheel racers 8th picture down on this page: http://www.roth-motorsport.ch/werkstattnews/werkstattnews_2007_mai3.htm
f3 is exactley what it is.to the outside of the filter take off is a dry sump pump being driven of the jackshaft. there was a brabham judd motor at a hillclimb i was at at the weekend and will upload the pics when i get a min.
yes it is, likely made by Titan - got one like this on my 16V engine which is a derivative of the F3 unit [/IMG]
sorry they took so long i dont suppose anyone has a jackshaft to suit one of the side mount dry sump pumps?
