Clutch Slip??

    My transmission slips (it can be 100 degrees outside or 30 degrees Doesnt matter) when the engine is at "cold" operation temperature But when I let it sit and warm to where it's normal. Where the needle is straight up. It doesnt slip at all and runs perfect.
    Any ideas?
    2011 Ford Escape XLT 3.0L V6 Flex Fuel
