Hey Vdubbers I'm from the Netherlands, I love my GTI and I like the English language so what better place on the internet to be than here?? I own a Golf Mk3 GTI 8v for more than a year now and I've made some changes I'm trying to give it a racy look and handling. I started with the suspension and brakes: KW coilovers and Brembo MAX brake discs with Ferodo pads. Next update will be Wiechers strutbars, K&N replacement airfilter and Castrol Edge motor oil. Not to forget the exterior: I repainted the door strips, door handles and wheel arches and put on a stock rear bumper and TDI exhaust. I also replaced all the lighting and the grill. And when it comes to washing and detailing my car, Meguiar's gives me a hand from time to time! Now the pictures: Next year my GTI will roll on OZ Superturismo WRC wheels with Bridgestone Potenza tires Other upgrades on my wish list: - Goodridge stainless steel braking lines - Wiechers rollcage - Sparco seats and Sabelt 5 point harness - Camber plates Let me know what you think of my car! why is all the germans and that side off euro have the cleanest vws around lol reall nice car and very clean just the rims i think letting it down
Don't think the rims look that bad i mean my fox twin spokes looked naff in the Golf mag but were all i had at the time. Much prefer my TSW Evo's.
