Trying to replace the timing belt (AGG) one of the four auxiliary belt pulley Allen bolts has had its head sheared off do I need to remove the 19mm 12 point to get the aux pulley off or just the four m8 Allen bolts.

Is this an issue other than rusting the bolt in again ?

I would say the pulley is fine, coat the bolt in grease so it doesn’t rust in there again…
