   Just to clarify I need 100mm inner cv cups?
   But what drive shafts do I use existing mk1?

   you need mk1 golf and scirocco post 84 injection shafts, these have the correct 100mm inner CV joints. 88-90ish 1.8 carb also got the 100mm shafts, shop around
