Bought the car several years ago has a 1.6 ez engine in it but with a wrong intake and carb so i ordered a new 32/34 weber, rubber flange and a used manifold but the flange seems too small to it ! Im I having the wrong mount or the incorrect manifold ?

you also need a metal adaptor plate to fit a weber on a mk2 manifold, was that included? theres another adaptor and bracket which fits on top to allow you to fit the original airbox as well

The metal adaptor is included with the weber kit and fits on the rubber carb flange but the rubber flange is small to fit on the manifold

right ok, can you post some pictures? once you get 10 posts you can upload direct or for now put on a hosted site.

for a mk2 1.6 the flange should look like this:

Opposite thing happened to me, the one i ordered was too big for my ez, so indeed ez should be the smaller one.
