    This is my run around for the time being. Saw it while browsing the internet it was the price that got me at first so i rang the guy saturday morning to have a chat, He sent me over a few pics all looked ok (but we all konw pictures can hide a cars sins) Rang my old man he was happy to help me out in my hour of need :lol:

    So i picked it up this morning drove it 80miles home what a Golf!! The sound of that K-jet and 8V Raw is just AWESOME!!!! and it pulls in every gear [:D]

    Comments please i don't konw that much about k-jet engine but i want to learn

    I would keep that and get rid of the red one!

    My guess is 200!

    :o the red golf is my project i enjoy it and it teaches me alot about mk2's how they work go back together :lol:

    and yes my red on did cost 200 :thumbup:;)

    Very nice, full on 80's style. Dont see many with that kit still in decent condition these days! Looks by far the best of all the ones youve shown on here :)

    Is the Mk3 gone then? I LOVE that BBS body kit. looks like one hell of a deal if you got it for under 500 quid.

    That was on autotrader for a grand im sure? the pictures were crap, in the ones you have posted it looks great so how much did you pay? 500?

    :thumbup: thanks mate when i filled it up on the way home had 2 guys in mk3's come up and have a nose and id only owned it 20mins and it was i in major need of a wash

    No still got the mk3 for the time being its being fixed on next few weeks

    i didnt get it for under 500 and did not pay 999 as it was up for

    yes it is so much nicer than the pics made out he must of had a bad digi cam oh and in my pics it clean :p

    850 think it was worth more than that as it is solid body wise and engine is sound
    but i was not going to pay asking price

    This going to be a keeper? Clean up the engine, 2.0 block, done. K-Jet Mk2s are meant to be a good bit more rapid than Digi ones.

    yeah its much better than any other mk2 i have driven them all being digi engine

    she should tidy up nice :thumbup:

    Nice set of rm`s and a subtle drop of suspension and a very nice retro mk2...perfect..
    love white vw`s...!!!

    give you 859 for it..!1lol

    Lovely, proper White, Gti. No side repeaters and a proper rubber gear lever gaiter.

    850 sounds a bargain to me! It's the kind of car, that, every time you come back to it there will be little bits of paper under the driver's wiper blade saying: If you want to sell it, please phone: ............ .

    But. The alternator and the blue auto. clutch cable would be a quick change for me!

    Nice!! I love the early mk2's they are sooo cool I have also got a 85 k-jet much better than the digi imo :thumbup: I saw this on ebay I wanted it but no room too many cars already.
    Leave it standard and just clean it up, they are getting rare like that now.
