Just for interest.. and showing what we can do.. when asked to:

R32 engined mk2, going to race in vag trophy.
16" wheels, wante dbiggest brakes possible

We have managed to engineer one off setup which squeazes in 330x28 rotors inside the customers 16" wheel on VR6 front hubs

Can I just ask what the customers wheels were? Obviously the AP 4 pots are fairly low profile, but still, interested if it's a run of the mill wheel or something with a slightly mental offset.

Bill are you able to supply a bell to mount 280mm floating discs like these onto a 4 stud mk2 golf hub?

the car has been built up and has been raced in anger
it entered 3 vag trophy races and did another race last weekend not all of them were finishes
there are some teething troubles with the gearbox and clutch at the moment but the engine after an inital hiccup is sweet as a nut with good power

    brakes are running fine Bill

as Tony puts it it is motor racing and you should expect problems
It wil be racing lots next year all things being equal and Tony wants to get the two works seat Leons in the VAG trophy next year he admits they are quick but he likes a challenge:thumbup:

In the meantime I am now hoping Tony will be able to devote enough time to finishing my R32 golf
