    Hi all,

    I have a 1984 1.6d mk2 van that I'm putting a GTD engine into.
I want to have a rev counter so need to change the clocks but I'm unsure which ones I need.

I have the skinny stalks like a mk1, plus I have the button for the mfa.

Which of thes clocks would work?

    Thanks :)

both sets will work fine, the 1st one has a shift light on them though, I'm not sure how to get that to work on a diesel? I guess the logic is all inside the clocks, the petrol versions use a vacuum switch but obviously thats not gonna work on a diesel

Good point RJ, yet they're both redlined at diesel rpm.

Ok, thanks. I'll go for the type without the shift light so :)
