8v or 16v

    Stop kidding yourself!! damn! You will never master the complexities involved in using the 16v as an everyday car. You will need the clutch control of colin mcrae and the hand to eye coordination of bruce lee.

    Can't... take... it... any... longer... My 16v wouldn't pull down pants....I'm going for a cam regrind; lop 4 inlet and 4 exhaust lobes off and I can finally be proud! I'm a closet 8V owner :lol:

    Yeah but you cant drive the 16v round town! Its illegal or something so ive heard.

    but i work in town, i drove here this morning, am i allowed to drive it home? should never have bought the 16v :(

    well im heading to wales in it this evening. ive made arrangements to meet vrsteve to buy a cat etc were having to meet on the motor (hard shoulder) because we both drive valvers and cant drive in town :(
