Right then, after the recent how do you recommend that I fix the rear quarter of Mk2 query and a resounding "Biscuits!" response, I think it's about time we have a dedicated biscuits thread.
    So let's get this rolling.

Personally I'd cut out the damaged area and weld a new corner in. Dunk the repair panel in tea for 24hrs first, it acts kind of like galvanising.

It never ceases to amaze me at the sheer level of ingenuity on this site - a new and incredibly novel way of galvanizing as invented by Richard. (trademark pending)

I'll be honest, looking at the pic of @saladman 's inner wing it looked like somebody had smeared overdunked chocolate hobnobs in there.

Toffeehitz from lidl, or pink panther wafers.

Or iced ring donuts, yes not a biscuit, but I have demolished 6 in under 4 minutes, workshop record holder in fact.

Mint Viscounts, Chocolate Kimberly's/Mikado's, Tunnocks Tea Cakes and Tesco's Finest Chocolate Ginger are the mutts nuts.

I have a soft spot for ‘nice’ biscuits every now and then. I’ll demolish a packet or two

You know chaps I can't say I'm a fan of hobnobs - I do like a McVities (Dark and Milk chocolate) Digestive but those Hobnobs I can only liken to eating sawdust.

Sorry but they are just awful - I can only relate this to Ireland but if the Nice biscuits were produced it would be met with utter dismay and disgust.

Apologies in advance if that sounds a bit 'handbagy' on my part.

Tunnocks Wafers as well - completely forgot about these until I was reminded by @saladman rear quarter repair (other biscuit thread)

I was chatting to my Mum about biscuits today. She's soon 86.
I have this theory she bought Rich Tea biscuits because we wouldn't eat them quick. If she bought bourbon or Custard Creams they were lucky to last a couple of days.
Move forward 50 years and there is so much choice and lots of Kopy Kats.

I can report that sainsburys own brand chocolate digestives are pleasant, I nearly died when I saw Cadburys were 3 quid!

    Sulky looking pug not included
