Cleaning and polishing le Castelet wheels

    Anyone had any good results cleaning up or polishing le Castelet mk2 campaign wheels?
    Would Autosol and car polisher be a good idea given the flat surface. Not sure if there is a lacquer on top of alloy.
    Any tips?

    I use linseed oil on mine after carwash
    They turn white

    If they are lacquered and it has failed you will need to remove this first. If they are bare alloy then you can polish them by hand. Where you start on the spectrum of grit will depend on how bad the surface of the metal is. Any pics?
