E10 fuel conversion - what else needs changing aside from fuel lines?

Debating an E10 upgrade for future proofing. If E5 is ever taken away and E15 is the new norm, I'd expect super unleaded to become E10 as well.

With that in mind, I'd need to upgrade all plastic fuel lines to be E10 compliant. But what about the following:

    Rubber gaskets in carburettor
    Rubber elements in fuel pump
    Fuel condenser
    Float sensor in fuel tank?

Obviously not all of these are available. I can't see any E10 carb kits or fuel sender units.

Is all of this necessary for an E10 upgrade, or should I look to replace all possible rubber elements in the fuel system?

Swap the fuel lines are a matter of precaution anyway, most of them are cactus after 30+ years. I'm fairly sure even the factory lines are E10 rated though, and for 8v GTi I know the whole fuel system is. I imagine its a similar situation for carbies.

I am refreshing the pipe work on my fuel system at the moment. Mainly out of old age and the VW connectors are pretty corroded. I can see it as a potential failure and maybe in bad luck a fire point one day too. My buddy is doing the same on his mk2 as well and has found some useful parts:

This stuff is rated for "in tank" use so good for replacing the pipe work from lift pump to the exit point. You can delete the metal reducer between the lift pump and tank exit point too.

This hose is good for external locations and it ethonal friendly.

I'm using these clips rather than the VW ones (obsolete anyway).

Viton gaskets and viton tipped fuel needles.

I've rejetted/ set up plenty of motorcycles now, you may need to adjust the mixture.

If you are using it as a daily then it's fine but E10 doesn't like to be stood around.

Not sure of its been mentioned on here by anyone else, amd slightly off topic but apparently Esso 99 is actually E0 in much of the country, there's currently no requirement for Ethanol in super - grade petrol apparently and it just has to be labelled E5 on the pump as it might be up to 5% Ethanol.

You can actually strip the Ethanol out with coloured water but a bit of a task for a daily driver.
