I'd say by a couple of pages into this thread you were commited past the point if no return. It's economically (and physically) ridiculous to turn back now.. If you'd have pulled your finger out you'd be reaping the fruits of your labour already. I know this because I used to read your thread when doing my loom etc. It's been in and enjoyed for nearly a year now!!! Pleeeeeease finish it ffs! Even if you only do a thousand miles in it then sell it like some do!?!?

    Hello,

That is what i also thought, but 02a/j has 3 holes to Bold in, and 02r only has 2. The top 1 and middle 1.

So i would miss the bottom one

ah so its similar to 02S casing then, you can make a simple bracket picking up from nearby bolt holes to get it securely fitted :)

only 100% oem way is change the casing over for 02a/j so it has all the holes, otherwise just make yourself a little bracket :)

Not sure if any help, when I was looking at 6 speed mounts, Darkside development had 2 types listed, one was mk4 o2m, which is the usual, but they also had another type which was using the polo/fabia/ibiza box, but I'm unsure of codes of them, it's not the cheapest option.
I had leon box so mk4 style.
