few vr6 q’s (box/clutch related)

first of all. got a replacement box to go in, is the rubber thing that looks like a rear wishbone bush on top of the 'box where the shifter goes in? and is it replaceable as its quite worn.

also, are there any bolts/bits that have to be replaced if removing/refitting flywheel or clutch? i'm doin the timing chains, prob keepin the clutch, dependent on how it looks.

 

is the bush thingy on top of the 'box no. 25 on image 311-90 of ETKA?

you lost me? #25 is the pivot for the shifter mechanism and that's bolted in from underneath??

 

does it look like a rubber wishbone bush from the outside?!

how hard is it to change?
