About 20 mins into a drive, the yellow glow plug light started flashing, accompanied by a distinct loss in power, I pulled over to the hard shoulder, turned off and restarted- I then drove 3 hrs to finish the journey and the light and loss of power did not return. I did however, have what I think l was a misfire, only every now and then, the car would lose power for a fraction of a second and you'd feel the jerking sensation. I don't have a code reader, gonna get one tomorrow, but wondered if anyone had any ideas... The Car is stage 2 remapped. Thanks.
Flashing glow plugs light on a VW usually means either brake lights/switch, or injectors. On a. Mk6 I'd say injectors.
