Golf MkIII power steering pump

Hi Guys,

I've got a Mk3 Golf 2.0 GTI and the PAS cap is the green one.

It looks like I have a slight leak coming from the bearing on my power steering pump, does anybody know if they are used on any other models other than the Mk III?

 

If it helps the 8v and 16v ones are the same

I was wondering if they were fitted to any other makes or models as well?

 

Just had a look at the gsf site. They list the same part no. for Passat 1.8 and 2.0 petrol + diesel models up to 96, 1.8 Corrado and 1.6 and diesel polos up to 98. Nothing listed for audi or seat though

 

mk4 pump is very similar, it has a pressure sensor added
