    who said vr6 mk2,s don,t handle, just try following gvk around a circuit , just to let you know gary i think i got one of your old schrick cams in my engine now , good to hear your still alive and kicking , ... cheers paul

    As I've just found how to do 'degree' signs

    OBD II VR6 2.8
    Dougherty racing 268 camshafts
    Unorthodox ally flywheel
    Carbonio CAI
    2.5" 2 box exhaust.
    VR6 box with Peloquin Torque-biasing diff.
    Helix 4 puck clutch with uprated cover.

    Well that was a pleasant 4 hours flicking through this build thread , good to see it through all its guises , read all the heated debates etc etc , love this car a lot and at present is my inspiration for my mk2 .. Hope it's still alive .. Maybe a current pic of how it sits today ?

    Pleased you enjoyed it,had a lot of fun in the car over the years... sadly car hasn't progressed this year either... and look like the above but with long grass around it.

    How come mate ? Fallen out of love with it or just to busy with other things ? Would be nice to see it have some pre winter action .. Awesome car ..
