Need help please I'm at breaking point, car will not start at all. So far had new coil, on my second cam sensor, got spark when testing ht lead to block, gad a new ecu relay and still nothing at all, been looking at it for a month now, first time it broke down called AA he gave battery a quick charge and it started, next day ran for about a mile and cut out, AA again, wouldn't go so tow to garage, and you guessed it, started straight away, but then cut out hence gad the coil, relay and then the cam sensor changed and ran as it should for a week, cam out in the morning and nothing and nothing since even with another cam sensor fitted, can anyone please help me it's driving me mad now, no vag com so can't really see if it has faults

I'd be checking the fuel pressure.

Check you have battery voltage on fuse 15, could have a bad ignition switch if not.

Easy start, if it doesn't fire, its electrical (assuming its got compression and the valve timing is ok)

    Thanks all so far.
How do I check fuel pressure
Checking fuse 15 is that with ignition switched on

Took plugs out they smell of fuel but didn't seem to be wet

Check across the battery first, say you have 12.5v there then check fuse 15 with key on.

Fuel pressure check will need a gauge.
