how many 2l 8v on throttle bodies are there about? - i know of 1 other!

i want to be different! i could have easily gone with a 20vt from designa dubs for similar sort of money im going to be spending, worth it i ask myself?? well we'll see! i certainly hope so!

my mates nova on throttle bodies is using the omex management, is good but i reckon DTA is more user friendly, and more programable, at the end of the day, i think its down to "you get wot u pay for" the more you can afford the better really,

i havent looked much into the management side of things at the moment cos i know its a long way off, (DTA is what ive been recommended by several sources for my application) but let me know what you think about the omex management would be interested!

    Well done Oakgreen

Just to encourage you to purchase those TB's from Bill I saw a car being built last year at TSR with the same spec engine ie 2 litre 8v Pack D crossflow head solid lifter with Bill's TB's and DTA set up

All I can say is 'devastingly' quick and a torque monster

Much quicker than mine and it produced more or less the same BHP as mine but a shed load more torque lower and mid range

    Best 8V I've ever seen

Well worth speaking to Graham at TSR........get his number from Neil or speak to Bill......he supplied the TB's

The guy who owns the car is in the services in Germany.

well it wasnt cheap but TSR did do me a really good deal on the complete package, bearing in mind the head is packD spec outright purchase, with schrick solid cam kit(lifters, springs, cam etcetc) and with vernier pulley, it was into 4 figures, but am getting an awful lot for my money, cant really say, because they may not give same discount to anyone else,

also you have to remember i will be bringing them alot of business, buying badger-bills throttle bodies through them and also will be getting a recon-box with quaiffe ATB
