    Another one is born!!
Look forward to seeing it at an event soon.
If that runs right you would hardly drive the R32 (only if it snows).

Well I am having a few issues starting it. I haven't been getting spark and now my starter has fried.

But I have some great help and I think we may have solved the issues so hopefully I'll get it running this week.

It will be coming to Gti international to see if I can beat my r32 time from last year.

I had some issues with the car last week that I had to iron out.
But it started yesterday and after spending most of the day adjusting the Ms I was able to take it out for a gentle drive.
I still have a long way to go and a lot to learn in regards to tuning, but I'm getting there. It's feels great though, gearbox feels good and the engine sounds awesome.

Any reason the FPR doesn`t have the pipe connected to the diaphragm ?

Is the `1k driving` running it in ? I utterly disagree with the `drive it gentle` approach to running in. Don`t get me wrong, I don`t thrash it either, but controlled acceleration using all the revs, then a long deceleration off throttle. I had a great route which had some long downhill sections I could leave it in 2nd at 50mph and it would slow down to about 30 by the bottom of the hill.

Great to hear it`s running now

Worked on the car a little at the weekend. I wanted to fit my Afr gauge and a better shifter.

Also started work on my arches because the tyres rub a little.

But the main job was to cut the silicone hose down and resolve the s**t jubilee clips I had with good ones.
Also did a touch of painting.

Fitted a bigger rad and two fans and did a tach mod on the Ms for boost controller.
It's all ready for mapping tomorrow :)

Haven't had time to update this in ages, I have done quite a lot of work since my last update and a lot has happened.
So I need to sit down and do a proper type up and organise all the photos.

The mapping didn't go to plan and the company were a wash out basically.
I ended up live mapping the car and it's quick.

I'll try and sort out a proper update over Christmas.

    Cheers
    Alex
