2018: Updated gearbox with 02J 6 speed. After missing 3rd gear, engaged 1st gear and clutch pedal didn't come back. Pedal is softer without backpressure. Clutch is slipping after fast shifting, but driving in gear is fine. I guess the clutch plate's feathers are damaged. So I changed clutch disk, clutch plate, release bearing, slave cylinder. After one week new clutch plate is killed with misshifting 3rd gear again . Clutch was new SACHS, new slave cylinder...But when clutch was alive pedal only fully came back after fast pressing...If press slow clutch, pedal return about 80% Clutch disk doesn't look weared IMG_0479 . 2016: When I was using 02a with diff without springs for flanges, I had misshift but never had clutch failure. Under high revs was hard to shift to 3rd gear, maybe this is why broken 3rd gear tooth. . 2017: When I decide to use 02J shitfer, selector. I adjusted it. I have broken 2unit cable ends (B in pic) trying to shift under revs into 3rd gear with 02J selector. I have drived mk2 many years in trackdays, but misshift was very rare thing on 020 even with play in tower. Why clutch pedal return fully only after fast pressing ? What can cause hard shifting under revs to 3rd gear?

Replaced with new cable end. When I shift to 3rd gaers at revs, plastic cable end fall out from cable.. Problem not solved....
