no its not 29, those are for the LHD loom hole grommets or the tiny ones for the LHD brake servo bolt holes. the online ETKA sites are pretty fiddly to use, proper ETKA is easier plus it helps when you've used it for over 10 years whats the diameter of the hole? it may be 191971908B which is listed as '19.5', helpfully it doesnt have a number on the diagram but is listed under the main bulkhead panel
I swear that online ETKA is an absolute PITA. Actually they should change the name to PITA - at least then you’d be forewarned about what to expect.
