The alloys are 17s but I wouldn't recommend them as they are convex which has resulted in much kerbing already [:^(] In the pics it was lowered by about 70mm but I've since had to raise it to somewhere between 50-60mm (thank f**k I bought coilovers!). Not sure of the exact height because I don't know what the standard height is.
If you have that much difficulty with them, I've got a set of 15" alloys with nice rim protectors on the tyres - would you like to swap?!
Alas, I'd only kerb the f**k out of those as well (as evidenced by the knackered set of 15s in my shed.
lol And grille and splitter Tempted...lol Nah.. Gonna have my spare VR splitter sprayed to see how it will look and just keep it for show use. Gonna leave the grille as it breaks it up a bit! Goin to change the mirror bases... just to keep the line of the window rubber. Wheels are going to be 100% polished
probably by more than that mate, unemployed graduate at the moment, so cant afford to do sh!t at the mo. May have a job next week though! So it shall be lowered and not look like it's a 4x4 special edition!
Mark Golf TASTY motor but you missed something from your pix - the steamroller smoothing out the road in front of you! How in the buggery of chickens did you get it THAT low!
