mk1 caddy 24v turbo 4wd project ,stress...56k warning

    if its a 02m 6speed they hold well , if stock , probley be upgraded ,,
    ps was a ms fault regards ecu ben , loseing sycro ,(reason 2) needed a u7 fitting
    not over happy but fits and works ,just wish i had more room to make a clyinder type

    Id personally just redo where the tb meets the intake manifold. Id imagine you will find that flows less than stock with it going into that sharp wall.

    MS will be worth it once its all done, will this be making inters 2011 for the strip?

    Young lad called Ben aka stormboy on vagingit think the gearbox on his was updraded as it was the first thing to go bang its genuine 550 bhp mapped by dave walker at emerald:thumbup:

    ill be altering it more , i only had 2 hours free , as its in daily use ;)

    , ill add a bulge were the tb meets :thumbup: hard to see but its angled to the rear , been for a run seems ok [:$][:$]

    see as whethers a bit crap thought id rip side pipe off and make a downpipe

    You should make a few mk2 R32 conversion downpipes:thumbup:

    deceided why have one side pipe , i thought why not invent 2 chuffs , few pics of bits ive done so far ,
    3inch v band buzzed on inside/outside

    then got grinder out and choped pipe to make a v pipe for the twin pipes[:D]

    do u fill the back of the joints with argon backing on s/s i used to weld aircraft bits this is how u get a nice clean penetraion matey,and welds r clean and strong,all looks good matey

    tbh no i didnt , hernce i assume thats why the welds dont shine, but are welded in and out ,
    buggar all done today as my friend cracked is alloy and were too lumps missing so decided to tig it up

    thanks bundles yearh ok just need to use 5percent based alloy silcone filer rods and white tip tungstuns works a treat ,,, little fed up some tubes arrived and its the wrong size ,,, grrr

    I'm another individual that had just read this whole thread and cannot believe everything that has happened, you have amazing fabrication skills and you can see you commitment to the car but the ups and downs have been scandalous.

    Good luck with the future nut and hope to meet you crazy ass one day

    [​IMG] evern thow its runing well i personaly wont to start over with ms3 standalond ecu as it should be a better set up and live tuning too
    next need to make 2 side pipes ,once ive rewired the engine bay
