    To be fair the car looks to be in very good condition and totally standard/original and from my perspective that's how I like them. Mk2's in general are increasing in value these days. Presuming the car is completely legit and I see no reason why it wouldn't be,then it's worth a punt - I would expect you to get it for 3,750-4,000. It also looks like a good basis for a conversion of some kind or another (if that's on your radar at some stage).

    Oh and I meant to say, if at all possible it would be worth getting the car on a lift and checking the undercarriage for signs of the dreaded rot and or accident damage - typical places for rust are sills, jacking points, wheel arches and anywhere a grommet is or isn't supposed to be.

    That does look to be in good condition from the pics personally I wouldn't chop it around too much if it's really original but that's my own view

    Yeah i fully understand i wouldn't mess with it either probably put it on lowering springs.
