Posted this in clubpolo first and no one seems to know. Ive bought a mk3 breadvan, some mindless idiot has done stupid mods to it and as such the parcel shelf has been cut... Ive been offered a parcel shelf (mint) from a mk2 breadie, and i need to know if it will fit my mk2f/mk3...or would a coupe shelf fit? Im sure i know the answer to the coupe shelf question but id really rather check before i buy anything. Cheers.
Coupe shelves fit, but from memory you end up with a fair gap between the tailgate and the edge of the shelf. Mk2 ones are slightly different to Mk3 on the breadvans. Never tried swapping between the two, but there's a chance it will fit.
