I had a couple of hours tonight tweaking the exhaust manifold as it warped slightly from the tig welding, I've managed to straighten it back up by cutting two of the runners and tacking back up for now. I have been wetting my gruds with excitement to just mount the the efr 7064 into position and gawp at it in all its glory.

Is there enough clearance with the bonnet?

Rebuilt the box last night and once I'd done I found the magnet stuck to the side of the storage tin. Ffs!!

Great build mate, like it alot :)

Just a note on your proposed rev limit, why is it you are thinking of setting it just below 7k?

Reason i ask is that turbo and rest of your build will be well up to revving to 8k if not more!

May as well make full use of your big turbo, would ba shame not to explore wider rev band

Sorry for not updating guys, but things are coming to an end. The engine is in and I've been on with fabricating things, inlet manifold, exhaust system from turbo to rear in 3" and intercooler pipework

On an Emerald they use manifold air pressure compensation, so the sensing line is after the throttle and tapped off the plenum.

Just seen this by the way.
